Role: Property Manager Location: Ascot, QLD Salary: >$90k Super Use of Work Vehicle or Fuel refunded The Perks Small portfolio of properties, managing the business's most important clients. Monday to Friday, no weekend work! Up to 100K salary package on offer (depending on experience). No routine inspections, support from Assistant. Wonderful business owners with incredible in-house management. Work from home one days a week. The Person A demonstrated track record as a Property Management position. Must be knowledgeable in PropertyMe. Autonomous worker with strong confidence working alone. A first-class communicator with a professional demeanour who can liaise with high-end clientele. A willingness to progress long term with the business. Ability to build professional, lasting relationships with the belief that the client's best interests are the first priority. The Position Managing clients and their investment properties in a well-maintained portfolio. Get exposure to all facets of the Property Management division. Attend to outgoings as required, no routines or leasing. Maintain the property maintenance and ensure all properties are maintained to the highest care. Dedication to growth of the portfolio, strong prospecting skills. End to end Property Management with inclusion of routines officer and other support.
