Our client, a well-regarded Real Estate agency based in Brisbane’s inner suburbs, is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Senior Leasing Consultant to join their team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a structured environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality service. You’ll have the opportunity to work closely with high-end clients while continuing to build a long-term career in Real Estate. ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage property listings, photography, and online promotion through social media and websites. Respond to tenant inquiries, arrange viewings, and conduct open homes and private inspections. Review tenancy applications, perform background checks, and recommend suitable tenants. Prepare tenancy agreements, explain terms, and ensure compliance with QLD rental laws. Coordinate lease signings, bond lodgements with RTA, and handle key handovers. Conduct entry condition reports and ensure tenants understand responsibilities. Collaborate with property managers, communicate market trends, and advise on rent pricing. Maintain accurate records of applications, inspections, and communications. EXPERIENCE: Holding a current QLD Registration Certificate & valid driver’s licence Direct experience in Property Management highly desirable Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Exemplary organisation and time management skills.
