ABOUT THE ROLE: This role has come about due to an internal promotion, so we know the portfolio is in great shape. You will be required to do ingoing's, routines, arrears management and coordinate repairs and maintenance. You will be required to do 1 in 4 Saturdays (till approximately 1-1.30pm) but enjoy a full day off in lieu imagine having a long weekend once a month! You will enjoy a great team culture throughout all aspects of the business. Salary will be commensurate to experience - up to $80,000 superannuation. ABOUT YOU: You will hold your Agents Rep/Cert 4 with at least 1-2 years property management experience. You will be confident, keen to continue learning, well-presented and have no issues in picking up the phone and sorting out issues. Your time management skills will be second to none and you are able to juggle many things at once.
