Job Description Are you an experienced allied health professional with apassion for leading a team and shaping the next generation of clinicians? We are looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist or Speech Pathologistwho is looking for the next step into team management. Responsibilities will include: Manage an allocated caseload and complete therapeutic services in a timely mannerDeliver much needed Occupational Therapy or Speech Pathologyservices to participants within schools, homes and the local communityUse clinical observations, standardised assessments and interpret findings to formulate treatment goalsunique to each participantProvide therapeutic interventions that are evidence-based and help participants get more out of lifeCollaborate with a multidisciplinary teamSupporting graduate and early career Occupational Therapists or Speech Pathologists through clinical supervision, mentoring, and professional developmentBuild a collaborative and supportive environment to help team members achieve high-quality clinical outcomesSupporting clinicians with scheduling, referral allocation, and workflow optimisationMaintain awareness of current NDIS legislation to ensure compliance What we offer you!
