About the role: You will be involved in all matters related to Property Law . This will include, but not limited to sales & purchases, joint ventures, leases, property due diligence, acquisition and real estate . The ideal candidate: Australian qualified Lawyer ( 2 PQE ); with A current practicing certificate and a relevant law degree , coupled with strong academics. Understanding of Property legislation and regulations. Excellent communication, drafting & organisational skills. The ability to work independently and manage their file load.
