What you’ll be doing… This isn’t your standard EA role – we’re on the lookout for a proactive go-getter who’s eager to take ownership and drive success in this highly sought-after and busy position. Every day will bring variety, and your key responsibilities will include: Managing complex and ever-changing diaries, including preparation of associated documentation Handling internal and external correspondence and email communications Coordinating events such as regional roadshows, board meetings, and business initiatives Reconciling monthly expenses and team corporate credit card statements Scheduling and coordinating meetings with external parties, clients, and internal stakeholders What you’ll bring… To thrive in this role, you’ll have: A relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Communications or similar (ideal) A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar fast-paced EA or coordination role Outstanding attention to detail and excellent communication skills A self-starting attitude, with the ability to work autonomously and show initiative Advanced skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and intermediate Excel What’s in it for you… Be part of a fast-paced, purpose-driven organisation where you’ll have the opportunity to shape your role, grow your career, and make a difference.
