About the Role We are seeking a passionate and capable Human Resources Advisor to join a collaborative and mission-aligned HR team. This role provides timely, accurate, and high-quality HR advice and operational support across a diverse and geographically dispersed workforce. As a trusted HR generalist, you will support leaders and employees across performance management, employee relations, workforce planning, cultural development, and policy implementation. You will also play a key role in shaping people capability and contributing to strategic workforce initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Provide end-to-end HR advisory support to people leaders across all facets of the employee lifecycle. Undertake case management and support matters relating to performance, conduct, and employment relations. Partner with managers to support workforce planning and organisational development activities. Assist with the development, review, and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Report and analyse HR metrics and contribute to compliance, audit and continuous improvement efforts. Promote and support a strong, positive workplace culture aligned with the organisation’s mission and values. About You You are an experienced and motivated HR professional with a genuine commitment to making a difference. You thrive in a people-focused environment and enjoy working with purpose. You will bring: Degree qualifications in Human Resource Management or equivalent experience. Demonstrated generalist HR experience in an advisory capacity, ideally in a complex or service-based environment. Sound understanding of relevant industrial relations legislation. A collaborative approach and the ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders. Strong communication, coaching and problem-solving skills.
