In this fast-paced environment, you’ll have the chance to rotate through a range of duties—serving customers via table service, preparing drinks (coffee, smoothies, milkshakes) at the bar, and assisting with hosting. We’re looking for someone who is trained in all areas, able to seamlessly transition and thrive in any section they’re assigned during their shifts. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Operating an espresso machine and making espresso coffee to order Greeting and seating guests Taking orders at the table with POS tablet and at the POS for takeaway customers Serving food and drinks Clearing and cleaning Preparing cold drinks (milkshakes, iced drinks, smoothies) Early shifts (opening the shop) and later shifts (closing the shop) Successful candidates will possess: A passion for making coffee and excellent customer service skills Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills A positive attitude and pride in the work you do Willingness to learn new skills and take on new challenges Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster, including public holidays A friendly, well-presented, organized, and reliable attitude A love for working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Our hours are: Monday to Friday: 6 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. Saturday to Sunday: 6 a.m. - 3 p.m. We appreciate all applications and look forward to hearing from you!
