They are now looking for an experienced Site Manager with an ability to handle different project types in the Commercial space to join the team as their project load continues to grow. Your New Role As Site Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing commercial construction projects from start to finish. You’ll coordinate trades and subcontractors, manage site safety, maintain schedules, and ensure quality standards are upheld throughout. Projects range across quick-service restaurants, leisure facilities, and general commercial builds ranging up to $10m. This is a Monday to Friday role — no weekends, no night shifts — ideal for someone who takes ownership, communicates well, and leads by example on site. There will be some travel associated with the role, rotating through other Site Managers and based on personal situations.
