Head Contractor Long term pipeline of projects Location: Inner West, Sydney Salary range: $130,000 - $175,000 Super negotiable dependent of experience and value you can bring What you will be doing? In this role you’ll be reporting to the Site Manager and delivering projects range between $50m - $150m high-end apartment development project. You will be responsible for Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction tradespersons and suppliers, project plans, safety protocols, and quality standards. What are we looking for? We are looking for someone that has demonstrated experience in delivering commercial new build or Multi Res projects. Ideally exposure to project above $30 million would help with being successful in this role. Strong ability to adapt and overcome challenges, and communication clearly with stakeholders.
