Permanent Part Time Position Shifts (Set Fortnightly roster, MUST be available for all the shifts below): Week 1: Wednesday: 6:00am – 1:00pm Thursday: 10:00pm – 6:00am Week 2: Monday: 12:00pm – 10:00pm Tuesday: 3:30pm – 10:00pm Wednesday: 8:00am – 2:30pm Thursday: 3:00pm – 10:00pm Saturday: 3:30pm – 10:00pm Sunday: 10:00pm – 6:00am What We’re Looking For: A compassionate and engaging support worker Highly responsible, committed, and willing to learn Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Essential Skills & Requirements: Current First Aid Certificate NDIS Workers Screening Check Working with children check - Employee Experience in or willingness to be trained in: ▪ Catheter Management ▪ Diabetes Care ▪ Mental Health Support ▪ Manual Handling ▪ Medication Assistance Flexibility to work a rotating fortnightly roster A person-centered, respectful, and empowering approach Pay Rates SCHADS Award PPT schedule E SIL Day Shift (Base Pay Rate): $33.03 Afternoon Shift (shift ends between 8pm and midnight, Monday to Friday): $37.16 Active Night Shift (Finishes after midnight or starts before 6am, Monday to Friday): $37.98.
