Team Leader – Occupational Rehab - Geelong We are seeking a passionate and experienced allied health professional to step into a Team Leader role. You’ll mentor and develop a high-performing team of consultants while ensuring exceptional service delivery for valued clients across occupational rehabilitation programs. This is your chance to lead, inspire, and guide a multidisciplinary team of OT, Physio, Psych, EP and Rehab professionals – while being part of a culture where people and purpose come first. Responsibilities Mentoring and Upskilling: Guide junior consultants, deliver strategic reviews, provide meaningful feedback, and conduct regular file audits. Service Excellence: Use your clinical and technical expertise to uphold quality service and exceed client expectations. Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with your team, clients, and external partners to ensure seamless, effective rehabilitation outcomes. Balance and Focus: Ensure we meet both clinical and commercial goals, always with a focus on quality and outcomes. Leadership with Energy: Be a positive force in the team, motivating others with your dedication and love for what you do.
