We are currently seeking an Owners Corporation Manager to join our friendly team with a focus on customer service in the Heidelberg area. You will be managing a low-medium density portfolio of 800-1000 lots (depending on experience) with admin and accounts support. JOB DUTIES: - Manage your own portfolio of residential properties around Melbourne - Handle emails and/or enquiries, owner enquiries, strata levies etc - Deal with accounts, admin, letters, breach notices, maintenance requests etc for the portfolio/properties - Attend sites if required for meetings occasionally, with time is lieu for after hours meetings Monday to Friday 9:00-5:00pm, no weekends. Parking Available. You will have admin support and training as well.
