Starting with a smaller portfolio of ~600-800 lots depending on prior experience, you will be mentored by the Director and supported by fellow managers while learning to ins and out of managing Owners Corporations. This company, located in the Nunawading area, is a boutique, close knit team with a down to earth and supportive Director leading the team. JOB DUTIES: - Manage your own portfolio of properties, residential and some mixed use / commercial properties, circa 500-850 lots in the inner / eastern suburbs VIC - Handle emails and/or enquiries, owner enquiries, strata levies etc - Deal with accounts, admin, letters, breach notices, maintenance requests etc for the portfolio/properties - Attend sites if required for meetings occasionally, with overtime paid for after hours meetings With an excellent name brand, friendly and a supportive director who understand how tough strata management can be, you will be working for some of the best in the industry. Monday to Friday 8:30-5:00pm, no weekends. Parking Available. You will have admin support and training/re-training provided including a handover with the existing manager. Using StrataMaster software.
