Our client is seeking experienced camp Chefs to join their teams. Camp sizes vary from small sites accommodating 50 personnel to large-scale operations serving up to 2,000 individuals. CoreStaff do not provide sponsorships Key responsibilities will include: Bulk catering – high-volume preparation of salads, sandwiches, snacks, fruit, and buffet meals Operating in a fast-paced commercial kitchen Collaborating with large kitchen teams Assisting with functions and special events as required Recording and managing food wastage Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in kitchen and buffet areas What’s on Offer?
