This role is perfect for someone who’s naturally organised, thrives on ticking boxes (in the best way), and is passionate about making systems better. Reporting to our Quality & Risk Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting our compliance, risk, and contractor management functions. It’s a role that sits at the intersection of quality, safety, and continuous improvement. This role is Part Time – 3 days per week with a preference for Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, 8.30am to 5pm. You’ll be responsible for: Supporting internal and ad hoc audits across the business Helping keep our systems and processes in line with accreditation standards Managing contractor onboarding, certifications, and compliance tracking Assisting in incident and complaint reviews, identifying trends and improvements Championing a culture of quality and continuous improvement across the business If you possess the following skills, we want to hear from you: Previous experience in compliance, risk, quality, or admin-heavy coordination roles Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite The ability to juggle tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently Great communication and people skills, you’re someone others trust An understanding of the aged care or disability sectors is a bonus, but not essential WHATS IN IT FOR YOU: We’re proud to share that Prestige Inhome Care has been recognised as one of AFR BOSS Best Places to Work for the second year running!
