The Opportunity: As the HR Coordinator , you will play a key role in supporting the Human Resources function across the business. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving HR operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Manage the HR calendar, ensuring key dates and milestones are tracked and actioned. Monitor and manage the HR inbox, providing timely and professional responses to internal stakeholders. Assist with the coordination and administration of performance review processes. Provide generalist HR support across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee queries. Assist with HR reporting and documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy. Support the broader HR team with project work and process improvements. About You: To be successful in this role, you will bring: Previous experience in a HR Coordinator or HR Administrator role. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities. A proactive, can-do attitude and the confidence to work autonomously.
