About the role: We are seeking Multiple Leading Hands to join our Defence Solutions team based out of our ASC South & North offices, Osborne, SA. As a Leading Hand , you will oversee and develop small teams of field-based staff to ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. Main responsibilities include: Live and role model Eptec’s Zero Harm Values – drive a safety culture and collaborative team environment. Lead field staff to ensure work is completed safely and efficiently. Maintain and submit accurate site records. Ensure projects align with plans, procedures, and quality standards. Clearly communicate expectations, assignments, and responsibilities to team members. Participate in task planning, risk analysis, and conduct regular audits to maintain quality and safety standards. Demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement and professional growth. To be considered for this role you need: Experience leading teams and managing complex paint and blast projects. Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Experience in asset remediation and infrastructure projects, including blasting and painting and concrete rehabilitation works (highly desirable). Technical knowledge of coatings, surface preparation, hazardous substances management, and application processes. Familiarity with quality systems, including progressing, ITPs, and QA/QC liaison.
