About the firm and role: The firms Real Estate practice represents leading developers, investment funds, fund managers, as well as airport and hotel owners in all facets of property law. You will handle acquisitions, disposals, developments, leasing, and portfolio management for commercial, industrial, and retail assets, representing landlords, institutional tenants, and developers. The ideal candidate: Lawyer (2 PQE). Education: Relevant Australian Legal Qualification/Admission and great academics. Ideal candidates have 2 years PQE in property transactions, including development, investments, acquisitions, disposals, and leasing at a reputable firm.
