As the newly created Senior Brand Manager , you’ll be a driving force in this transformation. You’ll lead a high-performing matrix style team, nurturing a culture of curiosity, originality, and accountability. In this role you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of global campaign strategies for key brand categories with the goal of growing and strengthening customer connection, impacting market presence, and driving commercial results. This role brings Typo’s strategy to life through compelling storytelling and globally scalable campaign frameworks. It balances global consistency with local relevance, working closely with regional and cross-functional teams across the business. You will lead the end-to-end development of global go to market campaigns, translate brand strategy into actionable marketing plans, work with customer insights/data/research, and guide the development of in-store and online communication and content. Bring your extensive Brand Marketing experience, along with your love of stationery and gifting, to this exciting new role in Typo. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Extensive experience in brand/category marketing across omnichannel environments Demonstrated experience developing and executing global campaigns with local adaptability Strong understanding of customer insights, data-led marketing, and creative strategy Proven ability to lead go-to-market processes and manage cross-functional stakeholders within a matrix environment Commercial acumen with the ability to balance creativity and performance Exceptional communication and leadership skills Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint Agile, solutions-focused and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Experience in stationery, lifestyle or travel goods industries (desirable, not essential) OUR CULTURE At Typo, we’re not your average retail team—we’re a bunch of bold thinkers, creative doers, and stationery addicts with a soft spot for the unexpected.
