We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect with deep expertise in UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM) to join our team. This role will be instrumental in designing and delivering enterprise-grade WFM solutions for clients across Australia, ensuring alignment with business goals, compliance standards, and best practices. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end solution design and architecture for UKG Pro WFM implementations and enhancements. Engage with clients to gather requirements, assess current-state processes, and define target-state solutions. Translate business needs into technical designs and scalable architecture. Collaborate closely with project managers, consultants, and developers to ensure successful delivery. Provide technical leadership across multiple WFM modules (Timekeeping, Scheduling, Boomi). Conduct workshops, solution demos, and training sessions for stakeholders and end users. Ensure solutions are compliant with Australian labour laws, modern awards, and enterprise agreements. Provide post-go-live support and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications & Skills Proven experience (5 years) in implementing and designing UKG Pro WFM / Kronos solutions, ideally in the Australian market. In-depth knowledge of workforce scheduling, timekeeping, award interpretation, and compliance requirements. Strong experience in solution architecture and systems integration within enterprise environments. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Ability to manage competing priorities and drive outcomes in a fast-paced environment. Certification in UKG WFM or related platforms is highly desirable. Candidate must be located in AU or NZ. Preferred Experience Prior consulting experience or working with a UKG/Kronos partner. Experience integrating UKG with payroll systems (e.g., SAP, ADP, MicrOpay, etc.).
