(HEO9) $132,705 - $141,974 per annum plus an employer contribution of up to 17% superannuation applies 12 months fixed-term maternity leave cover until July 2026 About the Role The Head of Digital Marketing is a prominent leadership role responsible for delivering highly effective digital platforms. This position oversees a diverse set of responsibilities across data, audiences, onsite performance, design, and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), managing a team of specialists to drive these capability areas. Leading the digital marketing program to support the University’s brand and acquisition marketing objectives, this role enables success by leading a team of specialists in analytics, audience management, design, content, experimentation, and personalization to drive performance optimization. The role involves setting strategy and directing execution to create high-performing digital experiences, driven by data and insights, which the team turns into actionable results. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a high-performing, diverse digital marketing team. Develop and implement strategies for digital platforms that enhance user experience and performance. Utilize data and insights to inform decision-making and optimize digital experiences. Manage digital transformation projects and guide organizational change. Work with enterprise Digital Experience Platforms like Adobe Experience Cloud, Optimizely, Aquia, Salesforce, etc. Create cohesive user journeys across acquisition and retention stages. Collaborate cross-functionally within the University to align digital strategies with broader objectives. Advocate for and implement best practices in digital marketing and optimization. Qualifications and Experience Experience managing high-performing, diverse teams. Strong knowledge of data-driven decision making in digital marketing. Proven experience in managing digital transformation and change management projects. Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud or similar platforms. Expertise in creating seamless digital customer experiences and user journeys.
