The Role We are establishing a pool of enthusiastic, professional, and adaptable School Officers to support a range of administrative functions across our school. Suitable applicants may be considered for current and future vacancies in different areas, including front office administration and Student Services. We are ideally seeking applicants who are friendly, positive, and caring, with a strong commitment to excellence and attention to detail. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are important, as our School Officers are key contributors to creating a welcoming and efficient school environment. Depending on the area of placement, responsibilities may include front-desk reception duties, maintaining accurate student enrolment and attendance data, generating absenteeism reports, supporting the daily functions of Student Services, assisting with communication processes, and performing general administrative tasks with professionalism and efficiency . Experience with Department of Education systems such as RM Billing, Consent2Go, School Online Booking System (SOBS), Reporting to Parents, HRMIS, RM Finance, and Compass will be highly regarded, though not essential for all roles.
