About The RoleWorkPac are seeking a Production Manager for our client, a leading manufacturer in the civil construction sector, to oversee daily operations at their Echuca site. The successful candidate will supervise the site team to ensure safe, sustainable, and cost-effective production. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in concrete, civil construction, or building materials who thrives in a fast-paced environment and demonstrates strong leadership capabilities.
