The opportunity We’re currently recruiting for a General Manager to join our Regis Sunraysia team in this permanent full-time role. Reporting directly to our Regional General Manager, you’ll be responsible for the overall leadership and management of our Regis home. What you will bring to the role As a collaborative, strategic and senior member of the Operations team, ideally with experience within the health and/or aged care sector, you’ll have: 3-5 years previous experience managing residential aged care. De monstrated commercial acumen, within a services environment. Proven hands-on approach with a focus on customer service and leadership. Capability and experience in leading a multi-disciplinary team. Proven track record in financial, human and asset management. Proven ability to implement change to achieve desired results and lead service assessment, planning and implementation.
