The Everyday Banking (EDB) Acquisition & Origination squad is responsible for driving new personal transaction, savings accounts and Travel Money cards, in key customer segments to be market leading. Collaborating with Marketing, Digital & Data Analytics to deliver remarkable customer journeys and digital experiences. We are a fast paced and high performing squad that works collaboratively across our agile cross-functional teams to deliver on our key initiatives. Do work that matters You will report to the Product Chapter Lead, Acquisition. As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a key role in leading and delivering on our EDB acquisition and origination strategy for our personal saving products on key customers segments. You will work closely with our business partners in Finance, Marketing and Segments, Digital and other squads within the EDB Domain to drive deposit balance growth and market share. To be successful, you will need to have the drive and initiative to deliver key customer and commercial outcomes. With your strong decision-making ability, you will be confident in managing and influencing your stakeholders at pace to keep your initiatives progressing. You have experience in managing multiple priorities and have worked in agile environment across squads to deliver on domain’s objectives and key results. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute key acquisition initiatives for savings products to drive EDB portfolio growth. Be the product subject-matter-expert for deposit products and provide the business requirements, design best practice customer journeys, manage change and impacts for EDB deposit product originations uplifts. Support teams across RBS to deliver Everyday Banking outcomes on strategic change. Forecast sales performance and potential impacts by leveraging market insights across the competitor landscape, upcoming government/regulatory changes and the broader financial industry environment. Monitor/analyse acquisition and onboarding trends with the use of internal and external data sources to support BAU reporting & insights for senior stakeholders. Use your strong commercial acumen to effectively size the benefits and impacts of your recommended product and acquisition enhancements to drive growth.
