As CFO, you'll be a key member of the executive team, partnering with the ELT to shape financial strategy while ensuring robust financial controls and governance. Job Description My client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Financial Officer who brings the rare blend of strategic commercial acumen and technical finance expertise. You will lead a high-performing finance team and play a pivotal role in driving business performance, influencing key decisions, and ensuring best-in-class financial controls. Key Responsibilities: Partner with the executive leadership team to drive business performance and growth, whilst also being a critical business partner to senior operational leaders nationally. Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis process Provide strategic insights and commercial support to operations, sales, and other business units Ensure robust financial governance, compliance, risk management, and statutory reporting Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and key stakeholders Lead, mentor, and develop a strong finance team across FP&A, controllership, and shared services Drive continuous improvement in systems, processes, and controls The Successful Applicant CA/CPA qualified with extensive experience in similar roles, ideally within complex, listed, and multinational environments Proven experience in a similar CFO role or as a Finance Director within a large listed industrial organisation.
