About the Role: You’ll be managing a clean, local portfolio of 150 properties with the support of a dedicated leasing team. The agency uses Property Me, Inspection Express and Inspect Real Estate to ensure streamlined systems and efficient processes. You’ll be supported to focus on relationships, compliance, and delivering a high level of service – without being bogged down by admin. About You You have a minimum of 2 years’ experience managing your own residential portfolio and are confident handling all aspects of property management. You’re organised, personable, and tech-savvy, with a proactive attitude and commitment to excellent client service. A current Agent’s Representative Certificate, driver’s licence, and reliable vehicle are required.
