We are currently on the search for an External Claims/Loss Adjuster to join our client's team down in South Australia, specifically the Whyalla, Port Lincoln and Eyre Peninsula regions! You will be responsible for helping their customers recover from property damages. What's on offer - Up to $100,350 incl super and with a massive performance-based bonus - Car allowance - Fuel card - Company laptop and phone - On-going training opportunities - Clear career pathway nationally and internationally Responsibilities - Conduct on-site inspections to determine the cause and extent of damages - Liaise with relevant trades and specialists - Be responsible for the management of claims from start to finish - Provide clear advice and updates to clients and customers throughout the claim process - Accurately document decisions, including scope of work, claim reserves, and approvals or rejections Requirements - Experience as a Loss Adjuster/ Estimator / Site Supervisor or in Claims Management is highly regarded - Industry/ Trade qualifications or certifications are highly regarded - Current valid driver's license - Strong skills in reporting writing and documentation If you feel like your background isn't an exact match, we would still love to hear from you!
