A major Brisbane hotel is looking for a talented Events Sous Chef to join its large-scale kitchen team. Known for its strong reputation and busy calendar of gala dinners, cocktail events, and banquets for 1000 guests, this is a high-end operation delivering quality at scale. About the Role Joining a strong brigade dedicated to the events and functions kitchen, you’ll work closely with a highly experienced leadership team to execute premium events across multiple spaces, from elegant ballroom service to large-scale activations. You’ll take the lead during service, guide junior chefs, and play a key role in preparation, planning, and quality control.
