We are currently seeking experienced renderers and rendering assistants to join our dedicated team on the vibrant Gold Coast. YOUR Role: Apply skim render to building facades , including detailed work from footings to slab edges, ensuring a high-quality, uniform finish that meets architectural and structural specifications. Work with reinforced render block-work , interpreting plans and contributing to structurally sound and aesthetically pleasing finishes in both residential and commercial projects. Support lead renderers with day-to-day tasks , including mixing materials, setting up equipment, and assisting with application processes to maintain productivity and workflow on site. Carry out thorough site preparation and clean-up , including handling and transporting materials, maintaining a safe and organised workspace, and ensuring compliance with WHS standards.
