Foreman Lead a team of 8 technicians, manage daily workshop operations, and help grow the team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys mentoring, staying hands-on, and driving productivity. Key Details: Salary: up to $90,000 vehicle, phone & laptop 50-80% productive / remainder management & mentoring Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, some Saturday overtime Previous Foreman or Senior Technician experience Strong leadership & workshop management skills Truck diagnostics and repair expertise Confident communicator and team mentor Mechanics Work on heavy vehicles in a team that values quality, safety, and growth. We welcome experienced technicians already in Australia, including visa holders.
