About the role: We are seeking an Enrolled Nurs e to join the friendly and supportive team at our Juniper Bethavon Residential Aged Care Facility in Northam and our Juniper The Residency Residential Aged Care Facility in Northam . Juniper Bethavon is a 33 bed facility and Juniper the Residency is a 45 bed facility. Both sites pride themselves on a homely atmosphere and community feel. Ongoing close relationships are built between long-term staff, residents, their families, and the local community. Whilst working as an Enrolled Nurse you will provide professional nursing care for residents within the scope of your Enrolled Nurse registration. You will provide guidance and supervision to care staff; ensuring person-centred care principles are embraced and embedded during service provision to residents. Whilst working in this rewarding role you will assist with the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care in the Residential care setting. There is a permanent part-time position available working 24 hours across four days per wee k for the successful candidate and a permanent full-time position working 37.5 hours per week across 5 days . Shifts and contract hours will be negotiated with the successful candidate. The ideal candidate for this role will be an experienced Enrolled Nurse already residing in this regional area.
