This position is part of our dynamic warehouse leadership team , with a key focus on Kanban operations , material replenishment, and supporting our frontline teams in delivering high-quality products that change lives. Â What Youâll Be Doing Lead and support a team of up to 8 warehouse operators in a fast-paced Kanban environment. Oversee the efficient replenishment of raw materials from receiving to production lines. Coordinate picking of work orders and manage stock availability for production. Be the go-to person for material handling queries from Production Line Leaders and Team Leads. Troubleshoot and resolve issues on the floorâ fast thinking is key . Provide real-time feedback to minimize production impact from stock shortages. Oversee the removal of production waste through the Kanban system to the warehouse. Â About You You're a natural leader âenergized by fast-paced environments and passionate about driving team performance. You lead from the front, tackle problems head-on, and mentor others with a calm, can-do attitude. Â What You Bring Experience managing or leading a team in a warehouse or manufacturing environment. Strong skills in problem-solving and decision-making. Familiarity with Oracle transactions and BPA scanner use. Excellent time management and ability to prioritize on the go. Clear and confident communication skillsâverbal and written. Ability to interpret work instructions and procedures effectively. Forklift license preferred (mandatory for this role). â Why Join Us?
