We’re currently seeking three experienced, energetic, and well-presented casual all-rounders to join our team at Strathfield Golf Club, part of The Fresh Collective. These roles offer a dynamic mix of duties across the Bistro, Kiosk, and Events – perfect for hospitality professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Position Details: Casual roles | 12–25 hours per week Shifts available Wednesday to Sunday, across mornings, lunch, and dinner services Hourly rates at Mon–Fri: $31.23 / Saturday: $37.47 / Sunday: $42.14–$43.72 / Public Holidays: $60.20 Free parking onsite Chef’s selection meal provided for shifts over 5–6 hours Training provided Be part of a fun, supportive, and growing hospitality group Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality customer service to members and guests across all areas Prepare and serve barista-style coffee to a consistently high standard Take orders, serve food and beverages, run food, clear tables, and manage payments Support event functions and assist in setup/pack-down as needed Keep all work areas clean, well-stocked, and organised Work collaboratively as part of a close-knit front-of-house team About You: Minimum 6 months hospitality experience, including coffee-making skills Confident carrying 3 plates and a tray of drinks Able to operate a barista station independently (latte art experience ideal) Strong work ethic, team-oriented, and professional presentation Basic food prep and stock handling skills are a plus Hold valid Australian working rights and a current NSW RSA Willing to commit to a minimum of 6 months About Us: The Fresh Collective is a leading hospitality group operating across Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Canberra, and Perth.
