About the role They are looking for an experienced Client Services Officer to provide dedicated administrative and operational support to their Risk Advice team. This role ensures seamless delivery of risk and insurance services to their clients, contributing to their financial security and peace of mind. Key duties and responsibilities include: Assist in the preparation and processing of insurance SoAs Coordinate client meetings and maintain accurate records of interactions Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies Manage client communication and provide updates as necessary Support the Risk Adviser in the development and implementation of risk management strategies Skills and experience The successful candidate should possess: Experience in a similar client services or administrative support role within financial planning Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication abilities and the confidence to liaise directly with clients and insurers A proactive approach and the ability to work autonomously What’s in it for you?
