With over 2000 properties under management, the team is structured with tiered BDM roles, strong leasing pipelines, and access to industry-leading resources. You’ll be managing and converting both office-generated and self-sourced leads. Once proven, you’ll be assigned dedicated leasing support to help you focus on appraisals and growth. Their current BDMs are on track to earn $130K–$150K this financial year, with top performers exceeding $170K. The Role You’ll be responsible for driving rent roll growth through proactive prospecting, engaging presentations, and strong conversion. You’ll represent the agency at open homes and work cross-functionally to nurture leads and turn them into listings. Convert inbound and self-generated leads through cold calling and prospecting Conduct rental appraisals and listing presentations Sign new managements (Class 2 Licence required) Build and maintain a detailed lead database Work closely with internal departments for warm referrals Attend open homes and community events to build brand presence Prepare documentation and negotiate agreements The Person You’re confident, results-driven, and ready to take control of your earning potential.
