Job Summary - Baker Mix ingredients (excellent dough maker) and bake ingredients using the understanding of the ingredients to produce breads, rolls or other baked goods. Job Summary - Pastry Cook Prepare quality pastry items such as breakfast items, desserts, cookies, cakes, pies, biscuits, displays/centrepieces and special request items.
