The successful applicant will: Confidence in their cooking abilities Creativity and high presentation standards Preparation and presentation of sushi and sashimi Ability to create dishes with consistency Skilled in preparing, seasoning, and cooking food according to recipes Understanding of food safety and OHS requirements Train and manage junior cooks and kitchen staff.
