A Junior Project Manager is sought by an established Commercial Fit Out Contractor to manage commercial and education fit out projects in the $1 - 10 million range. The Opportunity: Working for a busy Commercial Fit Out Contractor, managing 2 - 3 commercial/ education fit outs from $500k to $5 million $140k to $160K package Immediate start Long term permanent opportunity Inner Sydney based Opportunity to work for an established builder with strong work pipeline The Company: An established Fit Out Contractor T/0 $300 million Reporting to a Director, managing a Supervisor, CA and Cadet Focus on fit out projects in the $500k to $10 million range Established client base, with full order book of work for 2025 30 years trading history Inner Sydney based You will have: A Construction Management Degree or similar Previous project management experience with Principal Head Contractor, CA's that have managed small projects and are transitioning in project management are welcomed.
