You will focus on improving quality of life, reducing restrictive practices, and achieving meaningful client goals. You will be part of a highly regarded, supportive team that thrives on collaboration, professional development, and making a real difference. Key Responsibilities Complete functional behaviour assessments and develop interim and comprehensive behaviour support plans Monitor, review, and update plans in line with client progress Ensure plans are person-centred, strengths-based, and promote quality of life Work collaboratively with families, carers, and other stakeholders Maintain compliance with NDIS Positive Behaviour Support Capability Framework Key Selection Criteria Assessed by the NDIS as Proficient or above as a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner Current Driver’s Licence Eligibility for Medicare registration (desirable) Strong passion for improving the lives of people with disability and complex support needs How to apply Shortlisting & interviews will commence ASAP.
