Who are we looking for? We are currently looking for a highly experienced and disciplined Training Instructor to join our team. If you’re a proactive, flexible and experienced professional with a drive to succeed, you’re the type of person we would like to welcome onboard. The essential requirements 2 years experience on A320 / B737 and Dash 8 400s Trade Certificate IV (Mechanical) or (Avionics); CASA Part 66 Licence, type rated on A320 / B737 and Dash 8 400s Highly skilled and competent in aircraft mechanical system troubleshooting, repair and installation of mechanical components. Strong team player; Ability to follow supervisory direction; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Consistent positive and proactive attitude; Passion for safe work practices; Red ASIC card (or ability to obtain); and, Current Australian Driver's licence. Valid work visa ; Cert IV in Training and Assessment Previous Teaching/Instructing skills Must have effective communication skills What's in it for you?
