This is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a fast-paced service workshop. You’ll manage a team of qualified technicians and apprentices while remaining actively involved in mechanical work when required. You’ll work closely with the Service Manager, who will handle front-of-house operations while supporting the workshop as needed. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day running of the workshop Lead, support, and mentor a diverse team of technicians Maintain quality control and ensure safety standards are met Assist with diagnostics and repairs when necessary Contribute to workshop efficiency and team development What We’re Looking For: Trade-qualified automotive technician Leadership experience or strong team-leading ability Excellent mechanical and diagnostic skills Strong communication and problem-solving abilities A hands-on attitude and commitment to high standards In return you will be rewarded with a strong remuneration package, that includes a maintained vehicle.
