Knowledge on beverage menu development Have a big picture approach while ensuring the daily deliverables are being met Availability for Monday- Sunday Shifts (hours are rotated depending on availability, between open, mid and closing shifts) A passion for recruiting, training and developing talented individuals who will be the future leaders within the business Friendly, approachable, and believes the customer always comes first; Strive to execute efficient and flawless service every shift; and You’re someone who takes pride in yourself and your personal brand.
