Job functions include: Assist the Kitchen Managers and Assistant Kitchen Managers with all facets of daily kitchen operations; Maintain our high standards for consistency in our recipe and menu item execution; Help maintain professional restaurant and team member image, including restaurant cleanliness, proper uniforms, and appearance standards; and Ensure a safe and harassment-free environment for all Team Members and Managers; Critical Skills Excellent interpersonal/listening/communication skills Knowledge of operations and maintenance of commercial food preparation equipment; Organized and systematic approach to work and the ability to prioritize efficiently; Attention to detail Remuneration & Benefits: Team Members will be employed on a full-time, part-time or casual basis; Rosters will be flexible and take into account your commitments outside of work; Weekends, nights, and late-night shifts required MOST IMPORTANTLY: Wants to ENJOY where they work and be part of something special!
