We are now seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead our onsite a la carte restaurant and function spaces. This is a hands-on, operational leadership role—perfect for someone who thrives on the floor, leads by example, and is passionate about building a capable, service-focused team. About the Role In this full-time, property-based role, you will: Take ownership of the day-to-day running of our restaurant, bar and function service Be present and proactive on the floor—leading by example to deliver genuine, polished hospitality Coach, support, and uplift a small team, growing their confidence and capability Work closely with our Executive Chef and property leadership team to deliver a seamless guest experience Drive high standards of presentation, service, and professionalism Support rostering, stock control, compliance, and other key operational tasks Help shape the future direction of the venue by improving systems, service, and team capability About You A confident hospitality professional with strong a la carte experience A hands-on leader who thrives on the floor and sets the tone through action Calm, capable, and solutions-focused, with a passion for service excellence Proven experience in training and uplifting teams in a hands-on setting Excellent communication, time management, and attention to detail Experience in functions or weddings is a plus, but not essential Why Join Us?
