Position Summary
The Graphic Designer plays a key role within the Marketing team, supporting the delivery of the company’s annual marketing plans through the creation of high-quality visual content. Reporting to the Senior Graphic Designer, this position is responsible for designing a wide range of traditional and digital marketing assets aligned with the Reward Hospitality brand. The Graphic Designer will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to produce creative solutions that meet marketing objectives and support business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and manage Reward’s catalogue schedule in collaboration with the Category team and suppliers.
- Create quarterly and monthly catalogues under the direction of the Senior Graphic Designer.
- Develop marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, eDMs, and web banners in accordance with brand guidelines.
- Produce point-of-sale (POS) materials for national retail locations.
- Design social media assets and content.
- Create packaging and carton artwork for Reward’s proprietary brands.
- Assist in coordinating and attending product photoshoots.
- Maintain the company and supplier image/text database to ensure professional and organized asset management.
- Support website maintenance tasks including banner design, webpage updates, user testing, and uploading content.
- Respond to ad hoc design requests as needed.

Qualifications and Experience
Essential Criteria:
- Tertiary qualification in Graphic Design or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar design role.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Strong skills in catalogue and magazine design.
- Excellent design sensibility including layout, colour theory, branding, and print preparation.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organisational and multi-tasking abilities with a focus on meeting tight deadlines.
- Effective interpersonal skills; comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
- Team-oriented mindset and willingness to share knowledge.
- Flexibility and responsiveness to evolving business needs.
Desirable Criteria:
- Experience managing websites and eCommerce platforms.
- Skilled in content creation for print, digital, and social media.
- Understanding of B2B vs. B2C marketing strategies.
- Experience in the hospitality or catering industry.
