Bouzy Rouge Hotel is seeking an experienced Sous Chef, passionate about Mediterranean/Spanish cuisine to join the culinary team at our upscale restaurant in the heart of Richmond, VIC. As Sous Chef, you will play a key role supporting the Executive Chef in the day-to-day management of the kitchen, ensuring the highest standards of quality, presentation and service. This is a full-time, ongoing position.
What you'll be doing
Support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
Prepare and execute a variety of traditional and modern tapas dishes
Maintain high standards of food quality, presentations and consistency
Lead, mentor and inspire the kitchen team
Manage inventory, ordering and kitchen organization
Ensure food safety and cleanliness standards always met
