The opportunity: We are looking for a vibrant and enthusiastic individual to join our Concierge team. In this role you will ensure every concierge interaction, for every client, is professional and engaging in a way that sets William Buck positively apart. You will be responsible for: - The coordination of facility requirements to support and enhance the client experience. - Manage the office facilities and ensure they are maintained appropriately. - General administration and procurement such as office stationery orders, grocery supplies, crockery, cutlery, etc. - Assisting with staff and client events, various projects, and firm initiatives. - Leading the Concierge Team to achieve the efficient running of the Front of House, facilities, and office, as a whole. - Managing concierge communications (emails, team messaging, incoming/outgoing mail), enquiries, mail management and scanning - Ensuring accurate and timely financial reconciliation of expenses About you: - Experience in a similar role is essential. - Experience with Office 365 products. - Professional Services environment experience (not essential) - Exceptional organisational and interpersonal skills - Team leader experience - “Can Do” approach, when considering or dealing with change - High attention to detail To join our team, please click on the link and apply today.
