About The Role We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join the team on a part‑time basis, working approximately fifteen hours per week (around two days). You will be responsible for: Accounts payable and accounts receivable processing. Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate financial records. Maintaining transactions using Xero accounting software. Managing fortnightly payroll for a mixture of salaried, commissioned and award‑based employees via Employment Hero. Converting manual timesheets into spreadsheet format. Provide support to the management team on financial matters. Liaising with the external tax accountant. This role involves some on‑site work to collect paperwork on Tuesday mornings, followed by work from home to complete bookkeeping tasks. About You You are a skilled bookkeeper with at least four years’ experience in a similar environment. You know Xero inside out and have handled high‑volume transaction processing. You are comfortable with manual systems and spreadsheets, and you can learn quickly as we bring some processes online. You hold your own laptop and are familiar with PAYG and superannuation obligations. Previous exposure to Employment Hero is needed! Key Benefits Competitive pay of $50 per hour plus superannuation.
